1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • The return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@motoaparel.com with your order number, a brief explanation of your request, and any supporting images if necessary (in case of damaged or defective items).
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and it meets the eligibility criteria:

  • We will inspect the item and process your refund to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end, which may take an additional few business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

4. Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange:

  • We will ship out the new item after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
